Led by Nantucket resident Jamie Feeley, in partnership with Josh Posner, the team is known for its commitment to quality development, thoughtful placemaking and projects that offer options to the Nantucket community. Josh offers a 40-year track record of creating outstanding affordable housing projects, primarily in the Boston area. With the imminent successful conclusion of Beach Plum Village—a Nantucket 40B project—Josh has combined his commitment to affordable housing with his love for Nantucket.   

Jamie Feeley has been involved in many successful local development projects during the past 20 years in varying capacities, including supervising the Nantucket Hotel renovation, contracting much of the Great Harbor Yacht Club, as the construction manager and owners’ representative for the ‘Sconset Beach Preservation Fund’s geotube project, as the contractor for the second phase of Beach Plum Village, as a member of the development team and contractor for the 57 – 59 Washington Street and 106 Surfside Road redevelopments, among many others.
